Have you wondered why is it that some people have ease in money flow than others?
The truth is, there is nothing that can stand within you and all the money you want, unless you have some knowing in yourself that’s causing you not to align with your desire of having more money flowing to you.
in fact, all of it is only beliefs that have been stocked deep down; hence just thoughts you have dwell on long enough.
No matter how long they have been there, you can change them into some new sets that actually get you into the flow of all the money you want to be experiencing right now!
Here are two steps process, journaling exercise that can help you, first uncover your money beliefs, and next some ideas of news one’s to replace them with, so you can allow more money to flow into your experience.
The fist step is to set some peaceful time and grab your pen and journal, then here you go:
- Write down everything you can remember, you have heard either from your parents or others tell you about money when you were young.
- Then, reflect in every area of your actual financial life, and ask yourself what do you believe deep down about money? how is your relationship to money?
- Is money hard to come by?
- Who has all the money?
- What do they have to do, to earn that money?
- What are people with money like?
- Does money mean you have to give up something else in your life?
- What does making a certain income say about your relationship with money?
- Is it okay for you to make more money than your parents?
- Once you make money can you hold on to it or does it disappear almost immediately?
- Can you manage your money?
- How do you feel about giving to charities?
- How do you feel about paying taxes?
Ask yourself enough questions and you will know your money story whether you remember the actual events that triggered these beliefs or not.
3. Once you know this money story, then you can change it, by choosing what’s best matches your desires or current motivations at this state of your journey, or growth… For additional ideas, check the following money Story Examples:
- I’m so happy and grateful for the fact that I have so much to offer to the world.
- I belong, and I contribute every day.
- I now have all the knowledge and skills to understand and release the patterns that have held me back in the past, and I’m doing that daily.
- I find ways to invest more time on money making activities, and I’m doing this each day.
- Using my skills to earn money is hugely enjoyable. I fully believe that I am now deserving and worthy of belonging in the flow of money.
- I am one with money and money is one with me.
- I am able to overcome any obstacles that come my way.
- I feel confident that I can live a fulfilling life that respects my natural introverted propensities.
- I am willing and able to leave behind my fears of putting myself out there, in front of people.
- My knowledge is extensive, and I deserve to be listened to.
- I am willing to do whatever it takes to earn money that suits my soul.
- Everything I do is aligned with my spiritual purpose and brings me the freedom I seek.
- I am now ready to align my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with my soul.
- My purpose is to spread unconditional love, and everything I do is a reflection of that.
- I am good enough.
- My heart is pure, and my new reality is a projection of my heart.
- The feelings that I now have around my money story are powerful.
- They support me with more confidence, clarity, and energy.
- It feels amazing to believe in my abilities and my future fully.
- I am so grateful to my friends and the community for supporting me.
- Even though at times I feel uncomfortable, I am certain of my progress and growth.
- I am doing what it takes to move my life forward.
- I am doing the things daily that are giving me the highest joy.
- I am aligned spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, and I am a giver of love.
- It feels amazing.
